Going to a hotel to find out that the bed is too small for you can be very annoying and you may want to find another hotel because you are too bothered to pay for an extra bed. That is one example of bad choice of hotel furniture. It is a very critical thing. Annoyed hotel guests is the biggest reason why a hotel goes bankrupt. The strong reason why the guests get annoyed is bad choice of furniture.
